Such a sweet dress, I think from the 50s.
The fabric is a thicker fabric with a bit of structure, but soft and not stiff.
There is one small spot, some discoloration on the fabric surrounding the buttons, and an area of the skirt that's slightly faded/yellowed (but not very noticeable even in the photo). Otherwise good vintage condition with no major flaws or wear.
The only tag is a "45" which might mean size 4/5. There otherwise is no brand, size or content info. I have included a photo comparing it to a size 4 dress, and it seems comparable in size but note that there is not stretch or elastic in this dress's waist. Please compare the photo in which I included measurements with an item from your child's closet to ensure fit!
