This is a beautiful, vintage, cobalt or royal blue button-down blouse/jacket/shacket from Chico's Design in EXCELLENT PRE-OWNED CONDITION. It is 100% silk with a beaded and embroidered design throughout. There are large slits on the sides for ease of movement. It is fully lined with black cotton fabric. The detail is stunning! Care of the blouse is DRY CLEAN ONLY and, though it appears clean, you may want to have it cleaned. It is a Chico's Size 1. According to Chico's Size Charts, this is equivalent to a Size 8-10.
