Note: I found this Playskool Elmo Guitar Toy at a Thrift Store. It is in Brand New, Old Stock Condition.
Full Disclosure, because it had the original "Demo" batteries in it the entire time, I did have to clean some corrosion off all of the battery terminals inside the guitar and throw out the old batteries. So there will be NO BATTERIES included!!!
But I DID Test this Guitar Toy after cleaning the Battery Terminals and it Worked Great!!!!
