Old LEGO, the 1977 Town series Windmill. Since it's from the 70s, I think it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item.
It wasn't listed in the Japanese catalog, so it's likely that it was never released in Japan.
It's a windmill like those found in the Netherlands, and the representation of the windmill house rotating on the base is superb. There's also a workshop, a truck, and a person pushing a handcart.
All parts are present. There are scratches due to aging in general. As shown in photo 4, the baseplate is split in two and has been glued and repaired, and there are two missing studs.
A color print of the instructions will be included.
Due to the damage to the parts and the fact that the instructions are not original, I'm offering it at a discounted price.
