These are Madame Alexander Wizard of Oz collectible dolls released by McDonald's as Happy Meal toys in 2007 and 2008.
The doll on the right is a Winkie Guard 5" w/o tag.
The doll on the left is the Wicked Witch of the West 5" w/o tag.
Also A Flying Monkey 5" w/o Tag.
These 5-inch dolls were part of a set of 12 different characters.
