These are Levi's 50S-XX jeans from 1999.
Before LVC existed, Levi's Japan, in a fierce battle with the parent company, created these,
a controversial, made-in-Japan 501-XX.
Due to trademark issues, they couldn't use the 501 designation at the time,
hence this product number.

Also, the shop owner of the vintage clothing store where I purchased these has done some unique repairs.
Originally, the damage on the knees and thighs had holes, but they have been beautifully mended.
The paint and other detailing remain as they were originally.

They are packed with details such as the original length chain stitch,
red selvedge, hidden rivets, V-stitch, and herringbone pocket lining.
I believe a lot of money was put into the production during that era.
The size is, I think, a golden size from back then.
Sizes around 34-30 are popular nowadays,
but I hope you can wear them and enjoy the feeling of the time.

I'd rather not let them go, but unfortunately,
I've outgrown them due to the passage of time,
so I'm offering them to someone who fits the size.
I'm selling them this time.

The selvedge fading is perfect, I recommend them.
