No it is not $14, Summit Art Glass did make figures, including their popular "Melanie" Southern Belle, in blue uranium glass, often described as "Oriental Splendor Blue Uranium," which glows green under UV light, showcasing various slag patterns with blue hues alongside uranium content. While "uranium glass" Summit also produced pieces with blue tones that are indeed uranium-reactive and fluoresce. First pic shows ability to produce a faint glow.
