My grandma Gladys, the ultimate Chicago socialite, definitely wined and dined all over the city with this clutch. They knew her by name at Marshall Fields. Soft leather, pristine condition of the patent. It IS missing the optional chain strap. My grandma might have been enjoying her vodka martinis a little too much and lost the strap! Hahaha! Still, it’s better as a clutch- classy, sexy, chic, and oh so demure.
On the right side, interior, there is a small tear.
