The skirt features a vibrant red, green, yellow, and blue plaid pattern on what is 100% a silk fabric. Measurements: approximately waist 29, 30.5” length. The skirt is in good condition with no significant stains or tears; however, minor wrinkling is present from storage. Made in the U.S.A. of imported fabric. The skirt has a classic, A-line silhouette and a fully pleated design. A single button closure is present at the waist. age sizes are ally smaller than the label says
