larger plate, measures approximately 10 3/8" D...beautifully graphic and colorful- the border reads THE GREAT SEAL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
great seal with eagle with shield...right talon holding an olive branch, left talon 13 arrows...E PLURIBUS UNUM (out of many, one) scroll held in eagle's beak
about MINT condition- a few very small (pencil tipped size) spots of wear, as well as a couple spots of wear to the silver edge (silver gilt?)...back has an area that seems to be residue from a sticker
overall, beautiful US decorative plate with the Great Seal on it
