This is really good for people woth glasses to prevent the glasses from fogging up. You can place carbon filters , coffee filters, or papertowels inside. (This is NOT medical grade mask.)
Direction for adjustable buckle earloop.
You place is around you ear and you can adjust the buckle according to your comfort and the earloop is soft like cotton.
