This appears to be a fountain pen custom-ordered by some organization. I believe it was related to Yokohama, but my memory isn't entirely clear. The base model is likely a Profit.
It's equipped with a large 18k gold nib, considered a masterpiece, and the grinding is the meticulous, signature style of Sailor from back in the day, providing an exquisite writing feel.
Furthermore, the top of the cap has a resin coating, similar to the Theta fountain pen, and features a trademark. This pen is meticulously crafted, paying attention to every detail from the nib to the smallest parts.
There is some damage to the plating on the section ring. There are also other scratches and wear commensurate with its age. Please examine the images carefully before purchasing.
