This lot is in good though definitely used condition from a smoke free pet free home, and it includes everything shown, many wonderful pieces, all American Girl Angelina Ballerina brand, well made and heavy duty. However some need glueing and the table is missing a leg, although it can still stand without it. The cottage book definitely shows wear, creases and more. I only have the pieces shown, and I will not consider splitting up the lot. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. PRICE IS FIRM.
