This vintage piece new with tags was 102$ at time of purchase in the 90’s. PTP measurements laying flat is 21”, length from collar to hem is 28”, and sleeve length from mid shoulder is 22”. It has a mock style folded collar and very flowing open design style as you can see by the last photo with fabric completely open . I can see this being worn over a black dress for a more formal look or dressed down over a black shirt and jeans. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Without any damage or stains, it has just been store in the closet unworn.
