This is a 20 year old item that was displayed 3 times total.
Because of the age, there are 3 plants that came unglued (they can easily be glued back on). And the church is kissing one tiny piece of the steepl amd one glass window on the side. They aren't noticeable what so ever. Everything else is in great condition. The christmas tree on ice and theater both rotate as if they where brand new. Everything lights up when plugged in without any issues. All flaws are pictured.
