This EMPTY shell was passed along in an estate of a Vietnam Veteran. It was originally manufactured at the Frankfort Artillery in Philadelphia.
The shell is now on a faux leather necklace with a antique brass colored clasp and 2 inch extension. A titanium colored crystal skull adorns the top, along with a red titanium quartz Crystal highlight in the front.
