Really flattering mini dress from an old forever 21 line called “Twist”
“Twist" Collection: This was a distinct, short-lived sub-label from Forever 21, known for its specific Y2K aesthetic (sequins, metallics, heart zippers, etc.).
Features draped rouching all over on both sides
Frayed unfinished raw trim at the top and ruffled trim at the bottom
Really sturdy zipper down the side
Padded cups at the bust
Adjustable tank top straps
Only flaw I can see is that one of the tank straps is twisted but that’s an easy fix
