* Waist has been taken in or tucked in 4 places carefully with sewing machine ( refer to photos for example ) . Please own a seam ripper and know how to very carefully take out one at a time as needed. This actually might be very helpful that somebody already did this, and it doesn't show from the outside. I would suggest doing one at a time and trying the skirt on in between for the perfect fit.
