Southwestern folk art motif
Green buttons down the front
Doesn't appear to ever have been worn
Still some marks on front from where they measured to put the buttons. That should come out with wash
One small spot on back. has not been spot treated.
No fabric tag. Feels like a cotton blend. Not much stretch
Measures 39" long from top of waist to hem, 13" across the waist, 18 1/2" across the hips.
