Back of shoe measures 7.5" from floor (foot fits down in shoe)
They had insoles put in with double stick tape but one was mangled and falling out so i removed it and cleaned off the tape residue but the other one is fine so i left it. It's thin so it should not matter, you can take it out or add one if needed.
The only real issue is the elastic under the buckle on one ankle strap is stretched. You could replace it or not it doesn't really show when on.
