Limited REPRINT of G.I. Joe Special #1 that was available only on Kickstarter. This is the famously rare Joe comic with the Snake Eyes cover that homages McFarlane's Spider-Man #1 cover (and has McFarlane art inside). The reprint has foil lettering on the cover.
This is an unread, unopened copy in the same exact condition as it arrived from the source. I'd call it a solid NM. I cannot say "9.8" but would be very surprised if it didn't get at least 9.6. It is in nice shape with only a small amount of very faint wear on the back. See pictures. I am not a professional grader, but any questions, just ask!
