Beautiful real deal deep navy blue wool bathing costume. Circa late 1800’s to very early 1900.
White contrast stitching. Hand stitched feather stitching on the sleeves.
Large round decorative buttons down the front. Small hook and eye latches on the underside of the buttons.
The silk that lines the collar and sleeves has shattered from silk dry rot. There are several holes throughout the garment.
