This is a vintage clear glass cruet with a stopper, likely used for oil or vinegar believed to be from the Art Deco era..

Popular table items in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this cruet features a paneled glass design with a starburst or hexagonal base pattern.
The stopper is also made of clear glass with a faceted design, capturing the light in a glorious display of crystal-fractured light. Understood to be produced by the Illinois Glass Company from 1915 to 1929 but this is not subject confirmation.
