White cotton top with frilled ‘skirt’ - it’s All Saints from the early 2000s. Embroidered flower detail, sleeveless and with a boat neck, high quality and lined. It’s a size 12 but oversized, could fit up to a size 16. In fantastic condition other than some very small marks on the skirt (pictured). The tag says ‘needle dress’ but it would be a minidress if worn that way.
