This is an extremely skillfully made hand-knit sweater. The main yarn is a violet colour with flecks of pinks and blues throughout. The contrast panels in the sweater are crafted in a lighter blue yarn with flecks of orange and yellow. As can be seen from my photographs, this must have been a very intricate piece to make. The shape of the sweater is extremely modern and very cool. The yarn has a mohair type quality. This, together with the flecks in the wool and the contrast panels, creates a very tactile piece. Needless to say, it is a very cosy sweater, so it's both practical and beautiful.
