Vintage unbranded 1980s/1970s midi dress with embroidered ribbon detail along neckline.
Split neck with fabric tie. Elastic adjustable drawstring waist. Ruffle skirt hem. Puff sleeves. No materials tag, synthetic likely. Union made USA.
Flaws include staining/discoloration spots on bottom hem (see last photo), elastic in sleeve has lost stretch, and part of hem on sleeve is undone. Sold as is.
No size tag, using measurements likely best fits women size medium or large. Use measurements for best fit.
