I bought two GH2 grinders and both came with the grind setting dial broken. One was barely hanging on and remains loose due to the inner plastic breaking around the screw hole. The other was just over the screw in the foam and fell out I’ve the plastic when stood upright. The screw was bent and the dial cracked at the screw hole as well. Lucky I had a dial from one I’m replacing. Neither box was damaged. It looks like they were lowered into foam by the dial during packaging.
