This is a Levi's silver medal denim boa jacket.
The "Silver Medal" series was produced in the 80s and 90s, and is known for its particularly limited production run. It's characterized by the silver medal-shaped buttons.
The jacket features a lavish, decorative design throughout, a style you don't see in Levi's today, making it a jacket that embodies the current trends.
