This is a set of the popular BIONICLE sets: 8621 Turaga Dume & Nivawk, 8622 Nidhiki, and 8623 Krekka.
As shown in the photos, these can be combined to form a single large figure, which is why they are being sold as a set.
My sons assembled these, and they appear to be complete, but since I didn't assemble them myself, I cannot guarantee that they are 100% complete.
The instruction manuals show signs of use. Also, one of them has a cut mark from scissors as shown in the photo, but all the pages are present.
