This is a Tenderloin Cowichan jacket.
This is the model also worn by stylist Atsushi Okubo.
It's a 05AW model, and the production volume was lower than the more common Cowichan jackets, with a slightly different design.
This design is rarely seen for sale, so I believe it's a very rare model.
