Portmeirion artist Susan Williams-Ellis came up with the idea for Botanic Garden in 1972, when she was looking through rare books and discovered a volume of beautiful, meticulously drawn floral illustrations. The launch of Botanic Garden included 28 different flowers and was an immediate success.
This pitcher/gravy boat is in good used condition. No chips, cracks, crazing fleabites or repairs. Graphics are vibrant and beautiful. This pattern is discontinued. The pieces are sometimes difficult to find. This gravy boat/ pitcher will make a great replacement or addition to your botanic garden collection!
