1940s Vintage Military Tie-Locken Coat - Vintage Military Clothing

This coat is believed to be from the U.S. military around the 1940s, based on the buttons, construction, and materials.
It's a tie-locken type, and I've only ever seen this one, so I don't know the model name or exact year.
It's possible the original owner modified an existing item, which is common with old military items.
I believe it's a very rare piece.
The often-missing hood is present, but the liner is missing.
There's a small scratch on the lining of the back hem. It's on the lining, so it's not visible from the outside.
Other than that, there's no noticeable damage, and I think it's in good condition considering its age.
I could wear it comfortably when I was about 167cm tall and weighed 70kg, so I think the size is roughly a 36.

I'm selling this because I urgently need money due to unexpected expenses.
