This is a Patagonia Retro-X.
It's from 2014, the color is navy with blue accents, and the inner lining is red.
I've worn it, but the fleece isn't matted down. There's some wear and tear, but it's in good condition for a used item, and those accustomed to vintage clothing should have no problem wearing it.
By the way, a size L from this era is quite rare.

Made in 2014. Around 2010, they only had zippers.
