70s USA Made Levi's 805-0217 W30 Small e

This is a Levi's 805, manufactured for a very short period in the early 70s.

While there are various theories, I personally believe it's a model from the brief period of 1972-73, simply because it has a similar selvedge stamp to the 501. I've never seen one with a printed tag instead of the selvedge stamp, and it seems they were only manufactured in factory number 8.

This item is a red tab small "e" with side seam denim.

Total side length: 99cm
Hemmed with a single stitch.

Although it's a W30, the 805 tends to be tight in the lower abdomen and hips compared to the waist, and the length is a slightly slim straight leg with less taper, so it can be tight if you try to fit it around the waist. Whether it's due to shrinkage or individual variation is unknown, but this item gives the impression of being a size smaller from the waist down compared to other 805s of the same size.

Condition (subjective): The color in indoor fluorescent light is roughly as shown in the images. It's the same denim as the 505s of the same era, so it has plenty of vintage character.
Image 11: Slight abrasion around the center of the back yoke. There are also faint stain marks just below that and on the corner of the right pocket.
Image 12: There are faint stain marks on the back of the right leg, from the thigh to the knee (each stain mark was washed, but didn't come out completely and remains faintly).
Overall, there is some wear and tear appropriate for its age, with some inconspicuous very small stains and scratches in a few places, but there are no tears, holes, or thin spots in the fabric, and it is generally in good condition (I think there are individual differences in judgment, and I can't say that there are absolutely no oversights, so please check and judge with the images).
