If there was a fabric to describe the mid 1980s this would be it. I probably should dig up photos of all the balloon valances I made when I was a decorator haha.

It is in wonderful like-new condition. But with someone having sewn on the edges they are raw without salvages. And I did see two slight sports but photo’d them to give full disclosure.
But it’s never been laundered so has that new fabric feel. Just waiting to be made into something fabulous!
