This is a Nakabori (medium-carved) shogi piece made by Seigetsu from Mikurajima Tsumugi (boxwood).
A piece that will increase the enjoyment of playing shogi.
Nakabori means that the carving is simplified, with about one less stroke than Uebori (high-carved).
The beauty of Mikurajima Tsumugi is that it changes to an amber color the more you use it, increasing the texture and giving you the joy of owning it.
