This is a cocktail dress from Donna Ricco New York in excellent condition, only having been worn once. It is a size 4/small. For measurements, the chest is 34 inches, the waist is 27 inches, the hips is 33 inches, from waist to hem is 23 inches, and from shoulder to hem is 36.5 inches. The body of the dress is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, and the fabric is a nice thick, stretchy material making it fit to the body well without showing what is going on underneath. The lining is 100% polyester. The care instructions are to hand wash and line dry. The sleeves are thick straps with more black than the body, and there is black lace at the bottom of the skirt.
