Made in the USA by Hickok Inc. (2004). This card was part of the Ford NGS (New Generation Star) diagnostic system used by dealerships and service centers. Designed for vehicles that use non-CAN data links, it supports key diagnostics and onboard communication functions for select Ford models from the mid-2000s.
The card shows cosmetic wear consistent with storage and age but is in good overall condition. Pulled from a working environment; untested since removal.
