hand fabricated heavy gauge steel cat boot scraper. Custom welded with a striking folk art silhouette. Unlike mass produced cast iron this piece features a solid plate profile with a playful "Paw-up" stance. The cat is fusion welded to a thick rectangular steel base which includes pre-drilled holes for secure mounting to a porch or step. The piece is finished with a natural dark patina highlighting its industrial origin and artisanal craftsmanship. The slight rust just gives it character. This is going to last many more years.
