all brake modes are activated so its good to go you can change betweeb all brake modes on it with the side button. You can also connect to the japanese app if your tech savvy enough to figure out how and change the digital drag clicking sound. Has electronic clicking drag sound will have it set to the best drag sound in my opinion if you would like me to set it to a different sound for you before shipping it i can.
I paid over $900 for this reel after tarriffs/customs from japan.
