Original May 30, 1919 matched set of FIVE U.S. Army Certificate of Proficiency slips issued to 1st Lieutenant Frank W Halsey, 19th Infantry Regiment who retired as full Colonel after 30+ years of service.
All certificates were issued same day at the ultra-scarce 19th Infantry School, Camp Harry J. Jones, Arizona District (Mexican border post, active 19101933).
