This is a vintage to antique brooch in good shape. Definitely showing signs of gentle use and age. Please look through all photos.
This must have originated from Norway. It was purchased from an antique or vintage shop somewhere in Europe years ago by a family member. I can’t quite make out what it says on the scroll of the clasp. I think when I looked it over last year I did find a small 925 purity stamp somewhere but didn’t find one . Not sure if it’s ok the clasp scroll. I acid tested for purity and it’s definitely 925 sterling silver. Total weight is 7.64 grams. Probably hollow inside I’m guessing as it looks like it was soldered together from two molded pieces. I’d love to find more information on this as I’ve been searching for years. I have never been able to find another one of these anywhere and I’ve searched on and off for years and the closest I’ve come is finding a pendant that was sold for $75 on another site with 1 smaller troll.
