Vintage floral accordion pleated blouse or poncho by Sand Pebble of Hawaii. This top has a tan background with blue, teal, orange, and yellow flowers in the all-over pattern. I features a round, slightly scooped neckline with an interior cinch tie string and a rounded bottom hemline. It has a poncho design with stitched-closed sides that create arm holes. It is pre-owned and in great condition.
