Authentic Sézane open-back dress in a beautiful ecru paisley print, crafted in 100% cotton with a full cotton lining. This piece features the same silhouette as the later Dorina styles - a structured sweetheart bodice, wide straps, fitted waist, and an A-line skirt - finished with a signature open back and adjustable tie.
This is an earlier Sézane production run, made in cotton before the Dorina silhouette was later standardized and re-released in synthetic fabrics. As a result, this version is no longer produced and difficult to find, especially in this print and fabrication.
