Vintage Borgonovo pressed glass flower vase in the classic Rose & Leaves (Rose e Foglie) pattern, made in Italy and clearly marked on the base “Borgonovo / ITALY 21.” This elegant mid-century vase features molded rose heads and curling leaves at the rim, a softly scalloped lip, and vertical fluted panels extending down the body. The form flares gracefully from a narrow foot, designed to fan and support cut flowers.
Measures approximately: 6" tall. 3.75" diameter (top). 2" diameter (base)
Pressed glass construction with crisp, well-defined relief typical of Borgonovo’s post-war Italian production. Clear glass with a slightly softened luster characteristic of mid-century European pressed glass. Very good vintage condition.
