This is a #vintage #blackvelvet dress shrug type jacket w/attached cape. It has been altered by me for an Evil Queen #Disneybound / cosplay. Worn only once, it’s in very good condition for being a vintage piece. Lapel, cuffed 1/4 length sleeves with gold plated accent buttons. I added the cape with white faux trim on the edge. I also added the stiff collar that stands upright. This is a customized one of a kind altered gently worn item. Perfect for giving an elegant touch to your Evil Queen costume, cosplay or Disney bound.

Jacket runs small but keep in mind you wear it open so it gives you a bit more room.
