Ultra Rare Library Ed. Babar’s Cousin -Jean De Brunhoff - 1st Edition 1948.

This is a very rare library edition of Babar‘s Cousin… One of the only few remaining. This one was a Advance Library copy and was library used as can be seen in photos. That means this was published before the widely circulated version in America. Many rips and tears were repaired by librarians, as this was a functional copy for many years. No marker marks or anything severe, just repair fixes with tape. There are very few of these in existence as most were thrown away. The cover is made of a hardbound cloth. Unique screen printing on the cover. I have only ever seen another one of these once.
