This is a Cine-Kodak magazine 8, 8mm movie camera. It was manufactured in America around the 40's-50's. It uses regular 8mm film loaded in cartridge. It uses a spring loaded, wind up motor (so no batteries). It does wind up smoothly and the shutter sounds amazing. The focus zooms and is relatively clear to see through. It has the original leather case but I have not film tested it. It's an amazing piece of machinery built to last far longer than me.
