The item is new with tags but the suede has light scuffing and marks. I imagine it can likely be cleaned but I don't know enough about cleaning suede to risk ruining it by trying myself.
Due to the nature of suede, it's not very noticeable but I have included close up images so please review them carefully before purchasing.
